Currently WELS is at maximum borrow capacity for the token WETH and WELS. The pair continues to always bribe and get decent allocation of AERO. WETH utilization is currently at 47.4% and could easily be significantly higher. This project also stands to benefits the Extra community by getting a larger proporition of AERO emissions into the protocol if more lending was unlocked. KLIMA USDC pool continues to be at maximum borrow limit for usdc (currently 800,000). The pool continues to generate good revenue in terms of emission rewards and the KLIMA token continues to support the ecosystem with significant bribes. USDC utilisation is currently at 72.5% with approximately 6M USDC available to be lent. I therefore proposed a selection of options on how much to increase the lending to the pool. A - 800k -> 1.2M B - 800k -> 1.5M C - 800k -> 2M In each case the asset is likely to become fully utilised, both enhancing EXTRA revenue generation via increased Aero Emissions and higher borrow fees.

Currently the ETH borrow limit is set at 300 and is maxed out for this pool. The KLIMA token has had positive news about not being classed as a security and continues to perform well as an asset. I suggest based on the continued strength of the token and the large amount of ETH in reserve (utilIzation rate currently 45%) that a doubling of the lending amount from 300->600 ETH is reasonable.
